With proper care, Maxi Nails can be reused multiple times for up to 2 years. Each set comes with multiple adhesive options to allow for different wear durations, from a day to several weeks.
What sizes do the nails come in?
Each set comes with different size options to fit most nail shapes. We also offer a size guide on our website to help you find your perfect fit. As we've just started, we only have 2 sizes for now but as we grow, more sizes will be made available.
Can I request custom designs?
At the moment, we do not offer custom designs as currently, it does not fit our schedules. However, for bulk orders, such as for weddings or events, we may be able to accommodate special requests with enough lead time.
How do I apply Maxi Nails?
Applying Maxi Nails is easy! We include printed step-by-step instructions with every order, and you can choose between adhesive tabs, nail glue, or stickers depending on how long you want the nails to last. We also have it posted on our website.
Can I wear Maxi Nails while doing daily activities, like typing or cooking?
Yes, Maxi Nails are designed to be durable and comfortable for everyday activities, including typing, cooking, and light household tasks. For activities that involve soaking in water for hours, though our Maxi-wear Nail Stickers are waterproof, there is a possibility of it weakening depending on how long you soak.
Are Maxi Nails reusable?

Can I shower, wash my hair or swim with Maxi Nails on?
Showers and multiple hair washes are completely fine, especially if you follow our application tips and guide involving our Maxi-wear stickers. However for swimming, with any glue, prolonged exposure to water can weaken the adhesive over time.

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, there are a few countries we avoid shipping to, like Canada, due to the high shipping costs for our customers. We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring you receive your Maxi Nails in a timely manner.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. For orders within Singapore, it typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping may take between 7-21 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number with your order for updates.

Due to hygiene and other reasons, we do not accept returns or any exchanges. Please double check your size and order before placing it. Nail size measurements are on our website.

A key tip is to blow dry the nails during the application process and apply them before sleeping. This allows the nails to "marinate" in the adhesive overnight, without exposure to water for at least 5 hours, making them last even longer. They'll feel super secure by the time you wake up.
How do I remove the nails without damaging my natural nails?
To safely remove your press-on nails, follow these steps:
- Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for about 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive.
- Gently lift the edges of the press-on nail using a cuticle stick or your fingertips. Avoid forcefully pulling the nail off to prevent damaging your natural nails.
- If the nails are still tightly attached, soak them a little longer or apply cuticle oil around the edges to help ease the removal process.

To measure your nails, follow these steps:
- Gather Materials: You’ll need a piece of paper tape (any tape works but paper is the best), a ruler and a pen
- Cut the Tape: Cut a small piece of paper tape (about 3-4 inches long).
- Apply the Tape: Place the tape on your nail, ensuring it covers the entire nail bed without overlapping onto the skin.
- Mark the Width: Use a pen or pencil to mark the edges of your nail directly on the tape. Make sure to mark where the widest part of the nail meets the tape.
- Measure the Tape: Carefully remove the tape from your nail and place it flat against a ruler. Measure the distance between the marks you made to determine the width of your nail in millimeters then convert to cm.
